Parent / Guardian Tours (JK-8th Grade)  
Our Parent / Guardian tours are ideal for families applying to any grade, from Junior Kindergarten to 8th grade. During these tours, you’ll have the opportunity to:  

• Visit classrooms and see our students in action.  
• Hear from our dedicated faculty and staff. 
• Engage with current Sea Crest parents.  

Each tour concludes with a brief Q&A session led by our Director of Admissions, school administrators, and parent leaders, where you can ask questions and gain deeper insight into our academic programs and community.

Signature JK & K Sneak Peek Visits  
Looking for another way to explore our JK & K classrooms? Join one of our signature Sneak Peek visits! During this interactive experience, you’ll have the opportunity to:  

• Join your child for a classroom morning meeting and story time.  
• Enjoy a brief campus tour while your child participates in a small group session filled with a project and lots of fun.  
• Participate in a Q&A session with our Head of School, Director of Curriculum, and Director of Admissions.

Applications are not considered complete without all documentation received. 

Parents or guardians are welcome to tour the school before applying. Please note that scheduling a shadow visit for your child requires submission of their complete application, including all supporting documentation.

To help alleviate stress, we invite conversations about accepting applications from another school. Please contact our admissions office directly.

Student Visit Information
After submitting your application, you will be able to schedule your child’s on-campus visit through your candidate account (Blackbaud). Visits for all grades are an important part of our admissions process and allow us to assess grade readiness.

JK/K Applicants: Assessment Playgroups (Required)
Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants will be invited to participate in an on-campus playdate. These playdates are scheduled on Saturdays in February, and registration will be available through your candidate account beginning in December. We recommend that Junior Kindergarten applicants turn 4 by September 1 of their starting year, and Kindergarten applicants turn 5 by September 1. However, all applicants will be assessed for grade readiness.

1st-8th Grade Applicants: Shadow Day (Required)
Applicants for 1st through 8th grade will join us for a shadow day, experiencing a regular school day while also completing a brief academic assessment. These visits will be scheduled on weekdays in January and February. Families can register through their candidate account starting in November.

We do not follow a hard deadline, but we highly recommend Junior Kindergarten applicants turn 4 on or near September 1 of their starting year. Kindergarten applicants should turn 5 on or near September 1 of their starting year. However, all applicants will be assessed for grade readiness.

• Schedule a Parent/Guardian Conversation with Admissions 

Parents/Guardians are invited to spend half an hour with a member of the admission team to connect and learn more about Sea Crest School. We look forward to getting to know your family. Families will be invited to schedule these conversations after the candidate's visit day.

• Apply for Flexible Tuition

Tuition Assistance application status does not play a role in a student's admission decision. We strongly encourage families who cannot afford to pay the full tuition to apply.
