Visit 

Once you've created your applicant account, you can schedule a campus visit directly through the same portal.

JK & K Applicant Sneak Peek: During the Sneak Peek experience grownups will join their children for a classroom morning meeting and story time. While your child stays on in the classroom for their own small group session complete with a project and lots of fun the adults will take a campus tour followed by a brief Q and A with the Head of School, Director of Curriculum, Director of Admissions.  Tuesdays 8:30-10:30am

JK-8th Grade Parent/Guardian Tour: During this tour you will have the opportunity to visit classrooms, see our students in action, hear from faculty and staff, and engage with current parents/guardians. Tours will end with some Q&A time with the Director of Admissions and the Director of Curriculum. Tuesdays 9:00-10:30am

If you are applying to our Junior Kindergarten or Kindergarten programs please select either the parent/guardian tour or the Sneak Peek visit.

Submit an application through the online portal. You may submit an application before or after the campus visit.

Please request the following documents at least 2-3 weeks prior to the deadline. Applications are not considered complete without all documentation received. 

• Transcripts/Records 
• Teacher Evaluations
• Educational and other assessments

The application and fee deadline is noon on January 15, 2025.  An application must be submitted prior to scheduling your student's Shadow or Playgroup visit. 

To help alleviate stress, we invite conversations about accepting applications from another school. Please contact our admissions office directly. 

Application fee is $100.

Schedule your student's visit

After submitting your application, you will be able to schedule your child’s on-campus visit through your candidate account. Visits for all grades are an important part of our admissions process and allow us to assess grade readiness.

JK/K Applicants: Assessment Playgroups (Required):  Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten applicants will be invited to participate in an on campus playdate. Assessment playgroups are scheduled on Saturdays in February. 

We highly recommend that Junior Kindergarten applicants turn 4 by September 1 of their starting year and Kindergarten applicants should turn 5 by September 1 of their starting year. However, all applicants will be assessed for grade readiness.

1st - 8th Grade Applicants: Shadow Day (Required): Applicants for 1st through 8th grade will join us for a shadow day, experiencing a regular school day during which they will also complete a brief academic assessment. These visits will be scheduled on weekdays in January and February. 

• Schedule a Parent/Guardian Conversation with Admissions 

Parents/Guardians are invited to spend half an hour with a member of the admission team to connect and learn more about Sea Crest School. We look forward to getting to know your family. Families will be invited to schedule these conversations in January after submitting the application.

• Apply for Flexible Tuition

Tuition Assistance application status does not play a role in a student's admission decision. We strongly encourage families who cannot afford to pay the full tuition to apply. Families should submit their applications and documents through our online system which opens on December 1, 2024. The application deadline is January 31, 2025.
