administration
Sea Crest spent most of its early years with only a head of school and director of admissions. As we entered our teens, we filled out the administration to allow us to focus on the big picture—instead of just the day-to-day tasks of running the school. Having a lean administration is how we keep our tuition moderate and within reach of a greater variety of students.
