strategic plan

During the accreditation process, a commitment was made to establish a strategic planning process that would help guide the school into its second decade and beyond. Representatives of the board, faculty, staff and parent body formed a team to review and update the vision for the school.

The first version of this plan, Sea Crest 2010, was completed in May 2006. It is a living, breathing document which will reflect our objectives as they evolve.
